Landward was formed in 2000 with the purpose of securing Crown agency contracts and to provide a corporate structure to secure these contracts. Core activities of the related parties to the company include project management, biosecurity, resource management, ecological management, environmental consulting, property management, tourism, valuation, planning and land appraisal. These skills have been merged to fulfil an identified need for a corporate entity to manage these contracts and the provision of land appraisal and valuation services to the rural sector. Landward has expanded and now incorporates Landward Management Limited and Landward Appraisal Limited.
